What a splendid day it was on Saturday for the

Soccer Tournament!

There were a few tan lines created there last weekend:)

Courtney had the privilege to play with a team of

older folks, and MAN, did she ever learn a thing or two

about soccer in the 'big league'..

never had that kind of intensity and/or pressure

in sports in her life!

Awesome experience..

and they went right to the final game where

the Mexicans took the win..

Proper warm-ups are important:)

Critiquing the opposition is crucial:)

FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS is the name of the game:)

Warm-ups are essential to being in top shape:)

Concentration is vital:)

Relaying the score to spectators when you're up 3-0 is invigorating to your confidence:)

Picking athletic team mates helps a lot:)

Dance when you get the chance:)

Always give it 110%:)
