National Skills Competition @ BC Place

We took the SkyTrain in from Surrey so

as not to have to deal with traffic:)

I thought washing MY

windows was a sucky job...

check these guys out!!!!

Multiple trades present:

Ken was seriously stressed;

he called for the pressure test at ten seconds 

left on the timer after 12 hours of work!!!

Look at the focus and concentration;

we had the hibby-jibbies watching him!!

Cake making & decorating:

Some electronics:

Cooking:

Electricians:

Construction:

Brick laying:

Manual machining:

Landscaping:

..and Ken still strapped for time:

DdK did sheet metal:

RdK did cabinet making:

Ken and all the other

representatives from across Canada:

And now we know where Opa ITB

gets 'Vancouver hair' from.... :

Resemblance to Nathan!!

Maybe I should experiment with his stubble:)

This afternoon we go for the Closing Ceremony;

will let you know if Ken comes out

of that with a medal!!!
