    Kids loved the stuff they picked up at your place yesterday! Been playing with it ever since.
    And the For Sale sign...what does that mean? Don't move too far away...we love our babysitters!!!

    Nope. Not far at all:) maybe 2.5 minutes longer a drive for you! Basically corner of Chapman and Yale:)
